American Studies
The Colloquium
The American Studies Colloquium is an informal discussion group comprised of members of the American Studies Committee, American Studies Majors, and other interested students and faculty. Readings are chosen ahead of time by faculty members and/or students. Copies of the readings are on reserve in the library. The Colloquium meets about once a month, and attendance is required of majors. No course credit is given, but pizza and beverages are usually served.
