Marsh Cronyn '40 and chemistry professor emeritus (1952-1989) passed away just before the New Year as a result of injuries sustained in a car accident in mid-December. All who knew Marsh as a great teacher, colleague, scientist, and friend will miss him. "Remembering Marsh," a gathering of Marsh's family, students, colleagues, neighbors, classmates, and climbing partners, commemorated Marsh's exceptional life on January 19 in the atrium of the Scott Laboratory of Chemistry.
