[4/26/07] The questions and data sets for the final exam is now posted. It is due electronically by 1pm on Monday, May 7.
[4/9/07] Projected graphs from today's class: Stationarity Example, Spurious Regression Tables.
[4/8/07] Data sets for the final project are now posted on the Courses Server under Econ 312. Some of these data (from HEDS) are not public and must not be shared outside of Reed. There are three folders: Buss data (data exported from the Buss, Parker, and Rivenburg data set), Stata data sets (Stata format data sets for data from HEDS, IPEDS, and the Chronicle of Higher Education), and Excel data sets (Excel spreadsheets that were the basis of the Stata data sets). Download what you need from the server, but don't try to execute directly from the server.
[4/7/07] Final project teams are now posted. More information on data sets will follow soon.
[4/6/07] Problem Set #8 is now posted. It is due on Friday, April 13.
[3/30/07] The course calendar has been updated to reflect a revised forecast of our progress.
