NORTHWEST PHILOSOPHY CONFERENCE

October 3 and 4, 2003

The 55th annual Northwest Philosophy Conference will be held at Reed College in Portland, Oregon, on October 3rd and 4th, 2003.

The theme of the conference is necessity; plenary papers on this topic will be delivered by Professors Kit Fine (NYU), Scott Soames (Princeton), and David Chalmers (Arizona).

NOTE about registration:

If you are a current undergrad not presenting or commenting, then you need not register, but you can't have dinner or lunch unless you pay the normal ($65) registration fee. If you are not an undergrad, then you should pay the reg. fee, and come to dinner and lunch. The $10 fee is only for undergrads who are presenting or commenting.
